There is something quite uniquely rapturous about the festival of Navratri. Celebrated by Indians across the globe, the festival is conducted over nine days. Navratri means nine nights in the Sanskrit language. The celebration is quite an extravaganza to witness. Music and dance are the cornerstones of this colourful occasion. Day three means it\u2019s time to bring back some brightness with a lovely yellow. Amongst yellow gems, we call upon another sapphire. With today\u2019s preference for mismatched jewellery, a dark blue outfit would benefit significantly from the yellow sapphires\u2019 grandeur.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fourth day of Navratri calls for some freshness with a splash of green. <\/span>Emeralds<\/span><\/a> are a timeless and elegant option. Paired with a pale pink Indo-Western outfit, we tie them into a more modern look.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

By the fifth day, we\u2019ve crossed the halfway mark. A cool grey brings some much-needed fun into the day. The underrated Cat\u2019s Eye gem is perfect for this. It\u2019s the most expensive and captivating of all precious stones. Associated with wealth and grandeur, it shines brightly on its own and brings great beauty amongst all the other Navratna gems. Men could dress up in a silk sky blue kurta and pair it with a diamond-centric Navratna men\u2019s ring.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Typical Indian wear is multi-hued, so investing in Navratna jewellery is the best choice. The key to keeping it classy is understanding what pieces work best with your festive wardrobe.
